Team Andrews Warrior of the Week
Airman 1st Class Justin Ferguson, 811th Operations Support Squadron Host Aviation Resource Management journeyman, is the Team Andrews Warrior of the Week.
Col. Ken Rizer, 11th Wing/Joint Base Andrews commander, recognized Ferguson for his outstanding day-to-day performance in support of Andrews flying operations.
Ferguson began his military career in 2010, and was assigned to Andrews that same year. Since his arrival, he has completed his 5 skill level upgrade training and is working toward achieving his Community College of the Air Force degree.
In his off time, Ferguson enjoys playing a variety of sports including: hockey, baseball and football. He and his wife are also expecting their first child later this year.

Team Andrews Warrior of the Week
Airman 1st Class Daniel Henry, 11th Civil Engineer Squadron power production journeyman, completed his Career Development Course with an overall average of 98 percent and scored 100 percent on his End of Course test. He also saved the Air Force $180,000 in procurement costs by repairing two generator systems that would have otherwise been replaced. Henry said his Air Force service is a family tradition since World War II that he proudly carries on. He is originally from Rockvale, Colo., and lives here with his wife, Elizabeth.

Team Andrews Warrior of the Week
Colonel Ken Rizer, 11th Wing/Joint Base Andrews commander, recognizes Air Force Staff Sgt. Ralph E. Sampson as the Warrior of the Week for single handedly stepping up to take on the duties and responsibilities of fitness monitor for the 811th Security Forces Squadron here. Sampson developed individual and group fitness plans dedicated to get fellow Defenders "Fit to Fight." He implemented, executed and followed through with every phase needed to maintain a quality force.
