The Andrews Traffic Management Office (TMO) is located in building 1500 on Perimeter Rd in Suite 2550. This is also known as the Jones Building, which is the first tall building after going through the main gate.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday    
9 a.m. - 12 p.m. for walk ins
1 p.m. - 3 p.m. for appointments

8 a.m. - 1 p.m. for appointments
10 a.m. for PPM Briefing (Must call to sign up in order to attend)

To turn in a PPM / DITY (Personally Procured Movement/ Do It Yourself) move you will need to call to be signed up for the PPM Briefing, in order to attend it. TWO copies of the required documentation for a reimbursement package is as follows: DDFORM 2278, DDFORM 1351-2, PPM checklist, empty & full weight tickets with license plate number, all applicable receipts & contracts, and orders. TMO does not accept carbon copies of the receipts or weight tickets. Make sure all documents are legible and nothing is cut off on the documents.
To file a claim, of loss or damaged items, you will have 75 days from the date of delivery. Claims must be filed within the Defense Personal Property system (DPS), accessed through .
To schedule delivery of household goods (HHG) or unaccompanied baggage (UB) out of Storage In Transit (SIT) please contact the moving company.

Before contacting TMO please create a DPS account by going to Once your account is created, you will receive your username/password to log into your account. If you are retiring, separating, a first time mover (first PCS move ever), or if this is a short notice (report date is a week or less from the date of orders being cut) you will need to call and set up an appointment to come into our office to begin scheduling your move. If you do not fit into those four categories, you will then need to complete the self-counseling through DPS and submit the application for your move(s).

Once the shipment has been submitted in DPS, please come into our office with a copy of orders. If you are doing a Household Goods (HHG), Unaccompanied Baggage (UB), or Non Temporary Storage (NTS) shipment you will need to also bring in the system generated DDFORM 1299 and DDFORM 1797 as well.

Once the required documents are received, TMO will go into DPS and authorize the move before routing it to the appropriate booking office (JPPSO/CPPSO). Once the booking office receives the documentation they will route it to the moving company. At this point you will be waiting on the moving company to contact you to confirm the dates you have requested.

For passenger travel (PAX) military air, if you are PCSing overseas, please come into the office to fill out the port call worksheet and provide a copy of orders to TMO.
