11th Wing Protocol

As an essential part of the 11th Wing, Protocol's mission is to deliver first-rate hospitality and support to transitioning distinguished visitors as well as to provide timely, useful Protocol guidance to all of Team Andrews and coalition forces.

Wing Protocol supports and coordinates distinguished visitor visits; retirement, promotion, and change of command ceremonies; as well as other wing-wide functions. Distinguished visitor visits include the president of the United States, vice president, other U.S. senior leaders, military commanders, foreign leaders and diplomats.

Base Access Information

In order to access Joint Base Andrews without a military ID you must provide the following information:

Full name, date of birth, Social Security Number, date of required access, destination, driver's license number with issuing state, and license plate number with issuing state.
